The Creswell Bakery, Where It All Starts from Scratch

Everything is made from scratch at the Creswell Bakery located just I-5 in Creswell, Oregon. Look for the huge sign on the highway and take the exit to delicious homemade goodies.

Creswell Bakery specializes in scratch artisan bread, pastries, cookies, cakes, and serves breakfast and lunch six days a week.

After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in New York, Heidi Tunnell, owner, developed a love for the smell of yeast, baking, and fermentation. Heidi experimented in catering, but her love of baking never went away. Still running a bakery one day a week to supplement the catering company, it eventually grew into the establishment that it is today.

More than just a bakery, patrons are served made to order breakfast and lunch using their fresh-baked artisan breads.

Customer favorites include the roast beef sandwich on multigrain sourdough, Chipotle ham brioche, ham, and cheese stuffed pretzels, hot meat pie, picnic lunches, s’ mores brownies, and the salad of the day garden salads with homemade dressing. Creswell Bakery even cures and smokes its own back and raises grass-fed beef on their family farm nearby.
